How do I add a new policyholder?
Navigate to the Policyholders section in your dashboard, click "Add Policyholder", and complete the onboarding form. Our team will verify the details and activate the account.
How are premiums processed?
Premiums are processed through our secure payment gateway. Policyholders can pay via EFT, debit order, or card payment. All transactions are tracked in real-time on your dashboard.
What reports are available?
InsureByte provides comprehensive reporting including premium summaries, policy statements, claims reports, compliance reports, and custom analytics. All reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format.
How do I submit a claim?
Policyholders can submit claims through the self-service portal or mobile app. Administrators can process claims via the Claims Management section, with full workflow approval support.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and are fully POPIA compliant. All data is stored in secure Azure data centers with comprehensive audit logging.
